okay guys,i have no idea how to do this,but i have seen guides for unplayable factions so i know its possibble,someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fastest way is to beat the short campaign as one of the Roman houses.
Go for the Julii, what's easier than beating a bunch of semi-civilized gauls???

Actually, the fastest way is to edit the descr_strat text file in your Rome: Total War\Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign folder. Move all of the factions from the Unlockable and Unplayable sections to playable. Save the text file. You may want to create a backup first, in case of any errors.Originally Posted by Draconian
Leave the senate and rebel factions in the unplayable section though, as trying to play as them causes CtD's if I remember correctly.

i going with the last comment,i know how to play as carthage and parthia and those guys,i meant playing as dacia and those factions,thanks guys!
