Default I did a bad bad thing...

Well seeing as I am a New Zealander and hence in mourning due to us being knocked out of the world cup by the French I decided to extract revenge yesterday.

I fired up RTW (vanilla) and selected Julii and set myself the house rule of exterminating all Gallic towns and when fighting their armies in the field not stopping till they were crushed under my red sandals.

Please note that this is not a "I hate France" thing more I am taking out childish frustration on "pseudo-virtual-french" barbarians.

This actually backfired though . I wanted the French to win the world cup after they knocked us out (well to be honest I wanted the Argies then France), but I did not want the English to win as I used to live there and soooooo many of them have my phone number....

...anyway back to my extermination of the Gallic people, well becuase my lines of supply got so long - due to poor feeble towns from Pavatium east, when I had almost wiped the floor with the pantwearing barbarians the Brittons attacked and have now taken over France - my worst nightmare!!! Then the French lose to England in the rugby

Ha ha - what a shambles!!!

(this is all tounge in cheek and not a swipe at anyone)

That was funny, Diablo. Quite a coincidence.

(And you are correct, K Cossack. But in the end, French = Gauls + Franks + lots of other input)

Actually it shows that some import things in this world aren't guided by chance, or skill, but by playing RTW.

What? That World War II is really a Total War game from the future brought to the past, along with El Diablo playing as Hitler?

It might apply, but it is strongly urged that it be broken lest other laws, more indigenous to The Frontroom, come into play.

You do know that the answer to everything is 42, don't you, Louis?
But if we can unravel the question, all the better :p
