I already regret posting it. Somewhat. Few of the qualifications are fit for print, even by Backroom standards, but I can not post it and then withold you a translation, so here goes, reluctantly:

(I should've known this would happen)

Bonasses - suckers, as in a good natured fool
Roux - reds, redheads
On s'en fout - we don't care, or better, since it's not very polite: we don't give a damn
Putes - whores
Mafia - mafia
Vodka - vodka
Alcoolos - binge drinkers. Boozers I think is the English term
Faineants - sluggard, or rather: lazy ****s
Poilues - shaggy, as in rough-haired persons
Teubé - (verlan, reversed 'bête', for all you confused French speakers) nuts
Toxicos - derogatory term for people under the influence of drugs
Fachos - fascists, but it's ruder than proper 'fascist'
Lents - sluggards?, but more in the sense of slow of understanding than lazy
Voleurs - thieves
PD - 'pédérastes', gays
Accordeonistes - accordeonists
Maison - home

It, er...naturally the object of the cartoon is ridiculisation of the narrow-mindedness of the French, and not any perceived character traits of foreigners.
