I think what the moderator in question did was quite appropriate: Remove colorful language and remove someone's real name that you were bashing, rightfully or not.

As the topic is now in the backroom, I suggest that you post this topic (or have it moved) to the backroom watchtower, if it is still needed.

Also, may I suggest that you actually specify your complaints and be less facetious towards the hardworking staff?

Also some mods are much more leanient than others, those are the more understanding. But the ones that fit the ...are irratating!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bashing anyone by name or by innuendo on a public message board is childish to say the least. I'd say that you should take Garcilaso de la Vega el Inca's advice and just drop it. Take some time to cool off and come back once it's all blown over.

Also, I don't see why not having backroom access would really impact your "work". Its not like the cartoons are here and nowhere else.

It's not about whether everybody is with you or not, it's about principle, that means you won't get an exception just because someone agrees with you on not adhering to the rules.

Also when you post your version of a story, it isn't all that likely that someone will disagree with you. Also people saying that you would deserve such treatment might be breaking the rules themselves.
