    Deguerra's joke appears to be quite versatile. I assumed it was a reference to both of my prior characters dying in battle. Considering my bad luck, I wonder if I'm asking for it by picking the most dangerous House.

    Would this be a bad time to say I just realized Jan is Count of Zagreb and not Venice? Ah well, I'll just say his Coat of Arms is meant to show his ambition for greater things.

    Yes indeed he is the Count of Zagreb...the newly relieved city joining north and south Austria.
