I've been a huge fan of the Medieval: Total War games ever since I bought the first one way back in, what was it, 2002 or so? I had never played a game like it, and I was hooked for well over a year. It easily ranked waaay up there as one of the greatest games I've ever played, so you can bet yer behind that I was excited when I saw the commercials for Medieval 2: Total War. I haven't really been playing it as much as I usually do lately, because I've been caught up with other games like Age of Empires 3 and Hellgate: London. And, for those of you who are curious, no... I have never played any of the other Total War games (Shogun, Rome, etc). It would be nice to try them out some day, though.

In addition to Medieval II, we still have a fairly active community for the original Medieval.

Welcome to the Org, Dinzo! Glad you're enjoying Medieval 2.

As woad&fangs said, we do also still have a small but active MTW community at both the Main Hall and The Jousting Fields (the Medieval multiplayer forum). You're more than welcome to stop in and say hello there.
