Quick, Apply for Some Free Heating Oil!

I see no reason why every Orgah shouldn't apply for free heating oil from Hugo Chavez. I mean, if he wants to give away his country's resources, who are we to stop him?

Here's a summation of the program, and here's the online application.

A hundred gallons of free heating oil? I only wish Casa Lemur used the stuff ...

Natural gas is the lemur way. That or rotting vegetation. Either way is fine.

that's, like, not economically feasible... don't let all that grass rot... sell it, and you'll make enough money to buy all the oil/wood you want...

That's either because it gets awfully nippy up here, the fairly large group of fairly poor people up here in the land almost without industry, our semi-socialist (Canadian!) policies on some things, or a mix of all of these things.

Unfortunately for Chavez Rednecks don't exactly take a liking to him, and even free oil may not turn them into Venezuela loving, red-sweater wearing, hippies! And the other half of the population already are hippies so that's not exactly going to change anything now is it?
