Quick FAQ clarification request about Karthadastim Reforms (partial reform spoiler)

First of all, just want to say great mod to all of those involved in its creation! Ridiculously well polished for an unpaid effort.

Any, my newbie question pertains to the Karthadastim reforms section of the FAQ. Which level 5 barracks is it that I need to build 5 of in the listed settlements in order for the reforms to happen in 235 (assuming all other conditions are met)? Or more specifically, is a "royal_barracks_V" the standard "Integrated barracks, stables, armory and storage facilites", or is it the building of the same name but with "for foreign natives" tacked on the end? Or perhaps a combination of the 2 types of barracks is acceptable as long as there are 5 of them in the listed settlements, and the other conditions are met?

I believe you need to have 5 regional barracks, not the native barracks that you would build in your homeland provinces but your allied state ones.

Yes, as stated in the FAQ, it is the regional MIC. The one you recruit foreign units from.

Yeah, 5 x lvl 5 "for foreign natives". You need a lvl 4 gov therefore (Allied State).
