It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR
Earthquakes and volcanic eruptions do happen, but they're pretty rare. I saw one of the Caucasus volcanos erupt once, completely irrelevant as nobody was anywhere near it. I'm pretty sure I remember an earthquake somewhere in western Persia (around Susa, maybe?) a while back. That's it for a campaign that's reached around 185 BCE so far.
Plagues are by far the most common disasters, lately Sinope alone has had a couple of outbreaks. I do wonder how much of that is a real disaster and how much is the AI sending spies right back at me (I have a hobby of spreading plagues as widely as possible through enemy lands).
I must admit I do find spreading plagues to troublesome factions a lot of fun.

I think computer viruses should count as life. I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. We've created life in our own image. - Stephen Hawking
