    Default is this possible?

    you see, me and 2 others are the "bartenders" (aka admins) over the EB tavern (accessible thru my sig)
    to get admin right only for that thread?
    to explain, the bartender would only have jurisdiction over that thread.
    is this possible?

    Based on the amount of pure spam it seemed to be in the frontroom, IMO it shouldnt be anywhere.
