And it's officially "The Kingdom of Jerusalem (Oh Yeah Baby!)".
I'll have it done sometime tonight, so within the next 6 hours.
Edit: What is to happen to the Turks and their lands?

Do I invade or leave them be? That's what I'm wondering. (You said you would gift them to the Romans but the last Roman turn was skipped so IF there was an offer it fell through).

Makes no difference to me. Turkey has already surrendered to the Romans with their approval.
If you wish to deny Rome her prizes, that's between you and Rome. Though I doubt Rome would be too happy about it.

In the original-original plan (from a long time ago), I was to give the Romans the Anatolian provinces so I'll just run with that.

Hey ATPG, now that the Lemongate is officialy gone, I have a question for you (this is an OOC discussion about this hotseat, nothing else).
Who's side do you think TLG was really on?
I know my own perspective but I'd love to hear the other side's.
"Okay, here come the cavalry, get your swords out lads!" - the Captain details his orders to the pikemen
Wild guess:
The Lemongate was aligned with Baldwin the entire time, and it seems to me that he may have been in league with the anti-Coalition alliance, of which the Caliphate and the Ayyubids, the Khwarezmids, Ghorids, and perhaps some Coalition members are presently a part of.
There is some kind of all-Muslim league out there, which I was invited to, but I declined to join, merely because I thought the game would not be fair if all the Muslims joined one side.
I've been pro-Catholic and Christian, as well as pro-Hindu the entire time. A shame that you christians couldn't get your act together.

If I may give my own reply to Rossahh's question. (being the person here who knows TLG the best here)
He was really on no one's side, he frankly did not care and would have simply gone with the alliance that was the most advantageous to him for now, than switched sides when it suited him best. No one was safe from TLG.![]()
It wasn't so much anti-coalition as anti-Turk. Most of the coalition was too far to be of any consenquence. The Khwarezim and Ghorids were never involved with us (technically neither were the Ayyubids seeing as BK always kept neutral) but we managed to sway a couple of factions against you went you sent us your plans to invade Egypt for not helping you enough.

My position in all of this will become clear soon![]()
Will play my turn this afternoon, in 4-5 hours approx.
The Great Seljuks, Winner of the "Broken Crescent: Commanders of the Faithful" hotseat
Sorry for the delay, my refereeing career intervened. :P
Anyway, Zim the Ghazni is up! :)

If Zim can check in and confirm that it's okay I'd be fine with that.

I dont think he has any .org access atm, he just recently asked me to PM someone for him. I would assume its ok. I can also do it, but it would have to be tonight...

I had Zim's password since an earlier subbing, and as his ally I don't think he'd object.
EF, the Ghorids are up.

Announcement will be in the Diplomacy thread. EF's attempt to technicality his way into a ceasefire while holding siege on my FOB was rejected.

It was only a half unit of crappy axe men, to let you know that I knew it was there...I'll respond to your answer after some deliberation, there still may be a small chance for me...
Of course there's always a chance, but you had to know those axemen were enough to build a ladder, which is enough to allow you to assault the fort next turn, which is more than enough provocation for me to believe you were betraying me again. And since I had to kill the axemen anyway, I went ahead with all my plans, as there clearly was no ceasefire.
Next time you want to let me know you see an attack coming send a PM?

Can TheFlax sub for Banzai?
Hmmm, a Muslim alliance. Where does that leave the Khwarezim?

I told you the christians should have united.
Sigh... instead with all your petty bickering.

Who said we had to do anything based on religion? In this game religion doesn't really affect who's your friends and who aren't.
"Okay, here come the cavalry, get your swords out lads!" - the Captain details his orders to the pikemen
I'd just like to say that the story was phonics' work, we didn't deserve to be credited, except to make it clear just who was part of the alliance.
At the beginning of the game I was informed that there was a large muslim league forming to take on the christians and so forth.
I declined to join because I felt the same way you did. However, in order to present a united front against the Muslims, I tried to get all the christians to cooperate.
When I found out the plans to destroy Armenia, I knew we were a little screwed. I tried to get Muslims to join on the Christian/hindu side. I thought that if I could save Armenia and get Rome to turn against the Latins, we could restore the balance.
Unfortunately, trusting the Muslims was what brought about my downfall. Relying on the Caliph's support in the campaign against the Latins, as well as funding the Ghaznavids, weakened my position. Trusting Lemongate at all was also a bad move, probably the worst one.
In the end, the remaining Christians are screwed, and I allowed myself to be destroyed. Maybe I should have joined the large muslim league after all.
But then again I would have had to side with Elite Ferret. (shudders)
