    You get Vigiles in the marian period too. 98% sure.

    Im not sure about the Polybian period tough... maybe just locals?

    Besides, that wouldn't make any sense as it was Augustus who established the Vigiles.

    I suppose I can just use Accensi for the Polybian period, but what about the Marian period? Any ideas there? Rome doesn't get any light inexpensive troops.
