Carthage recruitment question

Just wondering if there was anyway to get the Celtiberian unit(s) (i.e. Dunaminca [sp?] Celtiberian Heavy Infantry) recruitable for Carthage?
I dont know if there is a unit in carthage's roster that has the model already or what, if that is the case sorry for bothering you.

Tartaros what faction skin is that first iberian unit, it's not Carthaginian or Lusitanian, cos' i've seen both of those

Yes, those are Ilergetans and they are recruitable in only Lacetania. The Lusotannan as well as many other factions (including Romani and Qarthadast) are able to recruit them. You need a level 3 regional MIC for them. However, they are not that great. They have 10 sword attack, 6 javelin attack, as well as 21 defence. You decide.

Their swords ARE longswords though, which gives them one small advantage over the generally superior Dunaminaca.
