lets analyise this from a realistic perspective

Macedon: cool inf and cav, crap missile
Selucid: brill all round
Parthia: amazing cav, good mis, useless inf
Gaul: USELESS
britannia: special mad inf with chariots, few weaknesses
Numidia: Good cav, varity of missile units, poor inf


from a unit perspective gaul has to go.........
to back this theory up they ALWAYS FAIL on the campaign map, so do the selucids, but thats because there evilly picked on, gaul are took out quick because there useless, more evidence of there useless-ness! at any rate, time to build up the force that was brought down at the start, numidia's a lost cause

well they get 2 missile units, all upgrades aside, it was gaul i was getting at, there best attributes being infantry, yet even there infantry and cowardly and are nothing on hellenics and romans

nice for getting blitzed too...
im not against barbarian factions, germany have great inf and britannia do too with chariots, however gaul never stand out at all, u'll need more than 1 good unit of forsetor warband to convince me there good as there selection of cavarly and mediocre inf is devastingly awful

there the dacia without the falxmen

there the briannia without the chariots
there the germania without the berserkers
there the nobodys!
