I'd recommend transliterating into Armenian, easy as cake considering the language and alphabet; make sure you get an Eastern Armenian transliterator as that is nearer to Classical Armenian).

Do you mean using the armenian alphabet? From what I understand it was invented hundreds of years after EBs timeframe and so it wouldn't make sense to include it (on top of what Tellos has already said).
