Pain wasn't so much the problem, rather that my cheeks got big like crazy and I was not able to eat solid food for quite some time.

Its interesting, about 26 hours now since I woke up, I took half the reccomended painkiller just in case, but there was no pain.

I feel like a big feed, but I don't want to risk trying to eat proper food yet. No real swelling either.
