    Yes I screwed up, apparently there people in the east of China that are closely related to the Turks in language at least, and they (supposedly) also make such modifications, their variation of a tattoo I guess. But I'm absolutely certain that the filing of teeth is a comming of age thingie with some tribes in central-Africa.

    Sure you're not thinking of the west of china, specifically peoples like the Uigurs and various other nomad peoples living in that area?
    Still maintain that crying on the pitch should warrant a 3 match ban
