De gustibus et coloribus non disputandum est, I guess

My first GTA game was GTA London : 1969 and I absolutely loved it. A game that encouraged meaningless violence (Kill Frenzy!) seemed like a very refreshing concept. Was a bit disappointed with GTA III, but couldn't (and still can't) get enough of Vice City and San Andreas. I don't know why, but the series appeal to me like no other games do.

The great humour (especially the hilarious radio talk shows), fantastic music, the undertone of not taking all of it too serious and the freedom to do whatever you want to do (Don't feel like doing a mission? Ok, let's see how many wanted stars we can evade). For some reason, I find driving like a maniac to go on a mission, step out of the vehicle on route to my objective because I'm angry on some idiot getting in my way, beating up the guy, shooting around like a madman, then evading four wanted stars and continuing the mission like nothing happend, highly entertaining.

It makes me feel a bit like Michael Douglas in Falling Down
