    Sounds like france and england decided to nip you in the bud before you became too powerful. It happens, especially when your infamy is above 25, thebest way to lower it is to release states as vassals, that way you get some heat off you and a new partner in wars. It's especially good for prussia as you automatically reabsorb them when you for Germany. Next time I would advise only warring when GB & France are fightinng colonial wars so they are allready occupied.
