Connect your Steam account to your Org profile!

FYI, I gave my Steam account a profile name and I don't see that long number - I see my profile name:

So when I added my Steam account to my Org profile, I only had to type in "Gregoshi". I'm a name, not a number.

Edit: If you enter your Profile name, it gets converted to your Steam ID#...so apparently I am a number.

same thing happen to me Gregoshi. I don't mind though, easier to remember a name than those random numbers :P

Interesting, my user name doesn't work, but then I never gave a profile name. I'll add that bit to the instructions, thanks for the heads up.

well its not the issue with your username working or not its that you have the chance to rename your steamID to whatever you want. Some of us used the same username that we use here :P

so its just a coincidence basically :)

Steam integration has been expanded into the tournament utility itself. All players who have connected their Steam accounts with their Org profiles now display a direct Steam contact link right on the tournament bracket itself so that players do not need to navigate away from the bracket to locate their opponent.

To ensure that ease of use becomes standard in all official Org-sponsored tournaments, players will be required to add their Steam account information to their Org profiles before their registrations will be accepted.
