I feel the need to strut about a bit here.
Firstly; it's no strawman to point out the alleged attacks at the hospital were trivial compared to what the Taliban does.
Secondly, the underlying notion is radically different in that this hospital incident never occurred.

The chief doctor there is in the papers today too, and says it was simply a joke, an inside joke at the hospital he for some reason told a reporter(when asked why, he responded with "no comment").
That's it, I'm going to hide in the corner for a few days now...
