there are many skythian information from grave sites and even some evidence that there where major nomadic setlements numbering hundreads of thousands so the military equipment can be easy to trace at least for the nobles while the rest where mainly horse archers and horse riders wich since they don´t have much in terms of equipment aren´t historically inacurate

still i think the phalanx in the game its too overpower , becasuse the sarissa (spears) never have been broke for the cavalry ( been more realistic) or the soliders so that make them tof and impenetrable, and i am sure that sometimes the translation inst right because, and the spartans are too much value, read the history they were just a myth in manny battles they were ineficcient and they fight equals wiht the ateniens so much brave and lesser "prepared", even the spartans surrender and were take prisioners to atenas in the peloponeso war !!!! so the real eliteee infantry would be the roman army in attak and a outstanding morale not just good morale they wolud be excellent morale dont surrender until then 10 or 15 men and the "barbarian" tribes ( celts i dont like the barbarian word ) , like the lusotanna , gauls, arverni ,etc the second in attak and morale but they fight like a mass( bigger number ) and not organized like romans and others so they must tired very quickly , so you need to use the tactis to attak in groups for rest some troops and the gaul cavalry must be outsatindg too !!!

thanks , its just my opinion great work with the patch

i'm talking about the unit that said pretty much "we are assuming they used this style of greek helmet due to their willingness to use enemies arms/armor and this helmet was common for the hellenes of this area. this cuirass was used because... etc"

    i really liked that
