To save our poor host the trouble of calling a tiebreaker, I'm going to unvote, vote: EliteofWarman.... Your reasoning for bandwagoning robbiecon was a little flimsy, MRD has been contributing more so far, and robbiecon made a passable go at roleplaying. Nothing personal.
EDIT: Here you go Visorslash
1 Populus Romanus (Robbiecon)
1 SoulBlade (Visorslash)
2 Major Robert Dump (johnhughthom, Major Robert Dump)

As the Senate debates and rages on and on many Senators are implicated in this new threat to the republic. Some Senators appear to be using this chance to settle old scores. These men will stop at nothing to ruin another Senators dignitas. As is common with these things the first man to go is the one that has little power. It is the kind of man who was quiet and no one knew what he was up to. Unlike many of the other Senators this man was no great war leader, he was no great general nor a great orator who could capture his audience and make them believe as he wished. Instead as the senators turn on him Sextus Julius Frontinus (KingWarman) just sits there continuing to read his books and write down notes. Sextus Julius Frontinus is going to be known throughout the ages. As the Lictors drag him out of the Senate to take him up to the Saxum Tarpeium to through him off it down 25 metres to the sharp rocks there are few that moan his passing. Once the scream of the man is heard the senators file out of the building. As the last one leaves he bends down to pick up whatever Sextus was writing he looks down at it sees the title page which reads De Aqueductibus Urbis Romae. The man looks at it for but a second before throwing onto one of the fires lighting the Senate House with this final act there will be no memory of Sextus Julius Frontinus and what he did.
KingWarman Sextus Julius Frontinus is dead
Begin Night One
I mourned him.

Wait, you don't reveal the role of the lynched?
When in doubt, say - Trve Norsk Blækk Mettal // [Last.fm]
Google the character, doesn't seem like a likely mafia role.
Unless we are all senators and diplomats and the like, then we won't know.
How long does this night phase last?
Vitiate Man.

Please.
I doubt he could have posted when you did, since that would be 3am his time.
As night fell over Rome for the first time little did the senators of Rome know that soon some of them would no longer be amongst the living. The first man to go would be a man by the name of Decimus Claudius Ingenuus (Death is Yonder) whilst history will not remember his name as he had not done anything that countless others had not done before him. He was the kind of man that was well respected in his age but whose memories would die with the last man who knew him. He never would have being a Caesar the most he could have hoped for was to be a Quintas Cicero a man who is part of the story but not the driver of it. He was a man of great kindness and humality who would never forget a friend. All of these kind traits would count for nothing when the assassins blade came for him. As he sleeps his restful sleep the foul assassin's arrive talking about their plans. Two of the men look to the third for orders. One of the men seems to be restless annoyed with the talking that decided this however he nods respectfully to the third man who says with but a look all they need to know. Decimus is to die. They move into his house killing silently the slaves and servants that look after this senator. They finally reach the room of Decimus move in and kill him. This is no noble death it Decimus a senator and representative of Rome is killed like a swine with his throat cut he dies within seconds and the assassins flee.
Decimus Claudius Ingenuus (Death is Yonder) is dead
The death is yet to be finished as there is another man that will die tonight this time we move to the house of Petronius (Robbiecon) this is a different kind of murder. Petronius is the great survivor he lived through the entire last change of power with his life intact. He has continued to write great witty remarks. Unlike Decimus Petronius would be remembered for an age as his greatest work will survive the passages of time. As he sits down at his desk he writes one final poem which reads as follows.
He that would be an orator, must strive
To follow out the discipline of old,
And heed the laws of stern frugality;
Not his to haunt the Court with fawning brow,
Nor sit a flatterer at great folks' boards;
Not his with boon companions o'er the wine
To overcloud his brain, nor at the play
To sit and clap, agape at actors' tricks.
But whether to Tritonia's famous halls
The Muses lead his steps, or to those walls
That Spartan exiles rear'd or where
The Sirens' song thrill'd the enraptured air
Of all his tasks let Poesy be first,
And Homer's verse the fount to quench his thirst.
Soon will be master deep Socratic lore,
And wield the arms Demosthenes erst bore.
Then to new modes must he in turn be led,
And Grecian wit to Roman accents wed.
Nor in the forum only will he find
Meet occupation for his busy mind;
On books he'll feast, the poet's words of fire,
Heroic tales of War and Tully's patriot ire,
Such be thy studies; then, whate'er the theme,
Pour forth thine eloquence in copious stream."
Petronius smiles at this and goes to bed. With this the assassin moves in once more to kill. He slinks into the room of Petronius and pulls out a gladius. He moves and makes two cuts one to the head of Petronius and the other to his hands that wrote such wonderful words. The killer hacks away cutting off these hands his picks them up the bloody stumps that they are and takes them with him. He moves to the Senate House and writes on the front door here lies the hands of a lie and a fraud. With these his sticks the hands to the door with them and departs.
Petronius (Robbiecon) is dead.

Vote: Autolycus for lurking, as I don't have enough evidence for any legitimate suspicion yet. I'd be happy to remove the vote if/when you show up.

Show up.
Vote: Montmorency show yourself.
Following the trend eh?
Montmorency showed up last phase with a vote to abstain.
Why didn't you go for Gibson, who hasn't even showed up? Instead of someone who has voted...
Bow-wow-wow didn't show up either...
Other than those two, the lurkers are all being voted for I think. Lets see what they have to say and who they vote for. Should be interesting.
Hey guys. I was moving from New York to Michigan during all of the last day phase. I'll vote:Populus Romanus, because I find his vote on the abstainer a little bit off.
