All that maybe and possibly make me think that is a mafia trying to appear town when in fact he has p.i.s. Most likely is the one that screams for me since when he is proven correct in his ideas he can say he told us all

If I was mafia trying to appear as town I'd sit on my hands and vote randomly like I usually do. Whenever I actually try to play the game, all I get is a vote or three. It's a wonder I'm trying at all.

2) If this game is going to be decided by some pro-town network that discusses things in private and decides the game by voting in block, then it will be very boring for those not included in the pro-town network.

3) Pro-town networks haven't helped town much in previous games.

It's a serious vote. Memes are fun but not helpful, and Fluffy choose not to contribute differently so I'm happy to force a claim out of him, or even lynch him.

I'd rather have Fluffy lynched than you, for sure. You and Believer are likely two Townies lashing at each other, as it's usually the case for similar situations. None of you have a good argument against the other (imo) and what was said in private, but not quoted, discussion is hardly significant to me. I've seen how ATPG can distort my sentences when he's Town, in the last game.

glyphz's case is thin, and I'm waiting for him to react, before saying why I disagree. Not going to give him ammo when, if he's scum, he could trip and give himself away with a scummy reply.

As for Double A, bah - the case is built on a choice of words. I could probably pressure Double A as I'm doing with Fluffy, both being spammers.

A thin case is slightly better than no case (and yes I realize the situational irony). First "case" is just a shouting match going nowhere, so I'm going to wait on glyphz and see what he does before I change my vote.

The main reason I quoted this post is so I can say that I'm actually not going to spam it up like I usually do during this game.

I love these "well I don't want to make a case against anyone" lynches. I mean, it's not like anyone is going to try and stop it, so fluffy's an easy target.

You're committing the common error of showing a lack of foresightedness. Fluffy:

a) Has just as much a chance of being scum as anyone else, and since no real cases have jumped out this round he is an equally valid option anyway,
b) Is impossible to analyze in the endgame, when the chances of lynching a mafioso are significantly higher due to percentage

Getting rid of him now will save us all a lot of trouble in the rounds where we're more likely to catch a mafioso anyway. Since, as I pointed out in A, there aren't any real other cases going on, I fail to see why the Fluffy lynch today is an issue (aside from the fact that the bandwagon is picking up steam, but there's nothing you can do about that).

The lynch is the town's best weapon. It's the only way for the town as a whole to actively try and kill scumbags and it's the most effective way. Lynches shouldn't EVER be wasted for something as silly as "clearing away underbrush."

Why do you think mafia are always so eager to lynch lurkers? Because it's an easy way to distract the town from lynching the actual mafia, and nothing gets accomplished! And the mafia don't have to pretend like they're searching for scum, or build cases, or anything like that. Lynching lurkers is easy, and it's largely unproductive. That's why mafia love it.

The fluffy bandwagon today is a mafioso's dream. It's not searching for scum, but merely eliminating someone perceived to be distracting and annoying.
