Yeah, I don't want to hear it after what's happened to me in the last several games I've been mafia over here. If I draw a mafia role I will be packing myself off to Straight Dope land immediately and not even looking back, on the theory that any word I say will, within 2-4 game days, wind up being used against my poor unlucky teammates.

Alternatively, townies and most especially opposing bad guys could kindly keep their investigations, roleblocks, and the like in their pants for at least a few days and let me play half a game for once.

Please, keep signing in. The game will handle 120 odd nicely and that will help keep slots filled if we have a few folks who are forced to back out before the 12th (plus, one of my signees was a little reluctant, so I'd love to have enough to let kanga opt out if desired).

Problem is they're not getting the email so they cannot post; What could be causing this and what steps could they follow to resolve the matter?

Hockey Monkey and Erebus, among others likely, are having trouble. I can't find their names in the member list either.

Thanks for the kind words. For the record, I intend to play, not just be another body. ATPG was lucky, I hadn't been on CFC for several months, and a week earlier and I would not have been able to join.
