I think some legal action may work, but would be expensive and a lot of effort, if there's some customer protection organization either in your country or in the US I suppose it would help to contact them.
You might also want to try asking to get your money back, the EULA probably gives them the right to remove your access whenever they want and for no good reason but such clauses are not really legal in many countries anyway.
