Default Gold mine complex-wheres my money?

    Hi guys

I have recently taken over the Isle of Sado, casting covetous eyes on the gold mining complex there. Except I have checked all my trade and income reports and cannot see anywhere the cash bonus that this should now be giving me

    What's ocurring?

The region itself just gets a wealth/growth bonus from the gold mine I think. All you will see is a better return from taxes in the region I guess. Not so sure myself though I should look into it as I sometimes enjoy playing Total Retirement Fund instead of Total War =p

You can see a mine's income displayed in the province's detailed information panel. Here's an example:

You receive a percentage of the mine's stated income, the percentage being whatever your tax level is set to. In this example you would gain 20% of the 1800 koku generated by the mine.

Hey Frog. Yeah I did look in your guide but couldn't find anything but this has explained it. Guess my query is why can't you trade gold if you're mining it?

Gold can't be traded, it only improves the wealth of your province.

Only raw materials outlined in the Trade tab can be traded.
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

Because your daimyo says it's mine, all mine! Or, without the terrible pun, what edyzmedieval says.
