I only recognise one of those people, and that's because their name is conveniently stencilled across their picture. Heck, I don't even recognise either of the Australians, and I live there!

Not sure if you wanted people to guess who is who, but I recognised a few of them so thought I'd throw the names out; Donald Trump, Kristen Stewart, Diana Ross, Taylor Swift, Celine Dion (duh! :P), Peter Sellers (I love how he's literally the first famous Brit you think of! :D), Temuera Morrison and Nwankwo Kanu.

I usually have a knack for placing names with faces, but I've never seen alot of these people, though Mr 'South Holland' and Mr 'Kansai' look very familiar for different reasons. xD

Rembrand is from Frysland (utmost north of the Netherlands, Holland isn't the Netherlands just part of it)

Of those I only recognise Peter Sellers, Rupert Murdoch and Kanu...

... Pray tell where you got that fact from? Far as I know his place of birth is Leiden. The Sint Annaparochie did enter his life through the person of Saskia van Uylenburg whom he married.
