More probably these parts are shared with Res Gestae who's main skinner and modeler, Prometheus, has also worked for the original EB and is credited. For example the shields we can see in one of the units that one can recognise from the milnaht (Belgae warrior unit) is in both mods.

The legionary helmets look odd in that mod and I think EBII will outdo them in the graphical sense on an older engine
