There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

LOL calling Fragony a "tulip" is a slur?

Am I about to get stripped of my modship?

No, it is not a slur. Neither is limey, patty, or macaroni.

Trust me Strike, as someone with a half Sicilian mother, I have heard them all. And yes, macaroni and grease ball are two very common ones.

Don't you know sarcasm when you hear it, or is your brain so far up...in the clouds that it went right over your head.

Sarcasm doesnt translate well through text. That's why I usually put a "(!)" after a sarcastic sentance.
Being better than the worst does not inherently make you good. But being better than the rest lets you brag.

The fact he found his way here is an unfrotunate accident.

    Things have cleared off-topic.

If you want to discuss this, feel free to remake the topic citing sources in the opening post, presented with an argument.
