    What are they powerful against? Heavy cavalry? The addition of a shield value helps turn aside ranged attacks.

    If you made slingers rhodian slingers more accurate they would be OP imo, there already pretty potent.
    LOL. If our limited test means anything, the Rhodians were roughly even to standard sphendonetai at nearly twice the price.

    Bah, that one was against static cavalry (so all that mattered were numbers), when moving I think their accuracy is going to make a lot of difference...

    I don't think so actually since units basically shoot in the general direction of where they think a unit will be when the missile arrives. The accuracy value really shouldn't matter much in such a case since the "spread" of the ammo will still be the same for either unit type.

    Just don't make them shoot at something with shield standing still.
