Night 3

atheotes walked down the streets when he heard some noise nearby. He turned around and took his two handed sword out. Suddenly he felt pain in his right leg. atheotes looked down and saw an arrow sticking through his leg. During the next few moments several other arrows pierced his body. atheotes fell to the street. An arrow through his head ended his life.

King BSmith was in his chambers. The past few days had been really tiresome. He had a small conversation with the head of the guards to make sure that the castle was safe. Got a satisfying answer he allowed the man to leave and prepared to go to sleep. After taking a sip of wine he fell a sleep .. In the morning the king was found dead in his bed. Soon it was discovered that his wine was poisoned!

If King Jan III Sobieski and Ignoramus do not vote this phase they will be WOG-ed!

Since the king is dead the only way for the town to get at least a small victory is to find the remaining mafia(s). Also, this means that no more jobs/offices can be given to the players(except those that Jarema can give).

The way I see it the three mafiosi are in my wagon or Jarema was one from the start, had Ishamel killed and recruited his partner edse, so without me in the loop they got rid of the king...

Why were there two kills last night, and none the night before?

If Ishmael was killed by Jarema to make room for edse, why didn't he just appoint edse in the first place? Why would he do that? Why would the scum do it the hard way? A sense of chivalry and fair play? I doubt it.

I don't know the mafia roles etc, could be he was doing the killing and they have a roleblocker too, but I feel a connection working that way: it's just that much more reasonable than 3 mafiosi in my wagon...

To be fair to edse, patrolling the streets gives a "chance" at protection.

- Chaotix lied, because if he was a neutral roleblocker, he would've unlocked an event on me; unless his role is incredibly different from mine.
- Jarema didn't protect the king and the very same night the latter dies; if the second kill was one on the king blocked all this time, he would've got a result PM about his successful protection and if he did stop, really he deserves to lose and die.

That's what atm makes most sense to me, then I'm dead and can't do anything about it ^^

I see too many events fitting together and I don't believe it was all random...

Alternative is that Jarema and edse are indeed drunk and doing the worst job possible and the mafia are all together in my wagon: gah?

I acted stupid entire game. I forgot that I can not only roleblock but also protect.
Last night, I tried to target Atheotes, and got note that I could not found him at castle :(

Well, looks like I made a bad call with Arjos.

Don't know exactly what his alignment was, but given there were two kills last night, it's unlikely he was a killer.

I don't know why people think I tried to frame him though. In a one kill per night game where you have a role block ability, what would you do in my situation? Obviously night actions are more complex than I had thought.

I roleblocked edse. The assigned power roles are the most dangerous in the hands of mafia, so I have been blocking them to make sure they are not scum. I'm only figuring out now that's probably a bad idea. So I can go after unknown quantities instead from now on.
