That's right, comrades, I offer you luxury! No more having to sit near a stinking ATPG who smells like a combination of old garlic, rotten tomatoes and questionable pepperoni and sausages! I offer you luxury cabines! For each man his own sauna, his jacuzzi, 10 showers and 5 seperate bathrooms for his wenches and a cell to lock up his wenches in case he wants to enjoy rest and piece! This entire ship will be turned into a giant paradise of luxury and pleasure and everything a modern pirate of refined tastes requires! And entertaining executions that will even be entertaining and fun for the lad walking the plank!

Elect Andres and you'll enjoy a trip like you've never had before!

    Champagne, beer and RUM!

Oh well, for those really not wanting luxury, we can always attach a rotten boat that stinks and put the savages on it while the rest of us, modern pirates with refined tastes, enjoy the floating luxury palace I'm offering you.

Yes, that is exactly true! However, think of how great it will be once you inevitably mutiny and toss me overboard... You'll all get to reside in a luxury resort together with 10 gorgeous looking wenches! None of this will come to pass unless you elect me as your HEARTLESS DICTATOR.

Oh, well... I originally said that it was 10 gold extra (above and beyond the innate rewards for the murder), split amongst those who IDed themselves to me. However, that was based on the idea that I could only transfer a maximum of 10 gold per turn. I think I misread that, and I can transfer more than 10 per turn, as long as I don't give more than 10 to any one person. As such, I'll say 20 gold, split amongst those who ID themselves to me. That's a bonus of 5 gold per person for a four person team, assuming all name themselves to me. If only one does, I'll give that person a bonus of 20 over the course of two nights.

All of this is, of course, subject to me being elected Captain. Trickle-down economics! We shall all prosper!

Now here's an educated man with refined taste! The role model for the young, modern pirate, ready for the newest and most advanced pirate techniques.

You should all consider this man an example and follow his lead: elect Andres.

It involves me tossing gold onto the deck of the ship and watching with amusement as the rest of you fight over it. It also involves me paying you for doing something horrific to Monty over there. There's an additional element that has to do with me receiving an exceptionally large amount of gold, but you shouldn't worry yourself about that aspect. Just focus on amusing me and stabbing Monty and you'll be fine.

Tincow is lying to all of you. He can not legally give you money unless the deal is struck in public. It's all in the Pirate Ship Rulebook.

You contact him in private, you kill me, then it's the base gain for you. Why be damaging the town effort for a paltry ten gold? Heck, I could pay you all off if that's what is at stake.

    Swindler? Con-man?!

I am the Evil Pirate Lawyer. How dare you even think to challenge my knowledge of Piracy Law! You are either completely ignorant of the law, or you are a liar and a con-man yourself. The Pirate Code does not include any restriction to the transfer of treasure which requires the deal to be struck in public. The 'public' aspect of the Code only pertains to the type of services which can be rendered, not the visible nature of the transaction itself:

Furthermore, you are allowed to transfer small amounts of treasure between crew members. The caveats to this are that is a maximum 10 treasure per person per day, the transfer must be for services rendered, and the services must be publicly available (in other words, no breaking the game by pooling all of your gold into one source).
For someone who claims to be such a strict supporter of The Law, you appear to know relatively little about it.

Can someone please stab this man already?
