There are many other games with its style, theme, and character. There are just a few new gimmicks to make it appear interesting.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

Any game with a revenge theme. Any game with a dark, steampunk feel. Any game that tries to boost your ego and make you feel like a superhero.

I don't want to criticize anyone's enjoyment, but those elements feel tired and cliche to me. I also couldn't finish watching the Italian Job after the heroes held their breath for five minutes in freezing water and it reverted to a revenge movie. Not very clever or interesting but the intro was very nice.

I am sure you are a fascinating person but I still don't see on how it isn't an original artstyle

Hey now, the Italian Job (new one) was awesome.
Hammer, anvil, forge and fire, chase away The Hoofed Liar. Roof and doorway, block and beam, chase The Trickster from our dreams.
Vigilance is our shield, that protects us from our squalid past. Knowledge is our weapon, with which we carve a path to an enlightened future.

I've played about 2.5 hours of it and I have to say, I am well and truly impressed.

It is not a pretty game but in terms of the mood of it, it is deeply immersive. It feels like Bioshock-meets-Half-Life-2 in that it is Orwellian and post-apocalyptic, with a society that has sunk into its own decadence at the expense of so many people. The combat system feels visceral and the weapons have a real weightiness to them, but obviously it is the stealth that really matters. For me it is what Assassin's Creed should have been like - the need to find alternative routes through various rooms (usually with the liberal application of Blink) and having to stick to the shadows constantly. It can make for some hairy moments when a guard starts to become alert and you try to run around corners to break line of sight.

All in all, it seems awesome. Lots of things to do as well, heaps and heaps of missions.
Rest in Peace TosaInu, the Org will be your legacy
