If Arjos were revealed as mafia when he died, I'd roll a 2-4 on random.org and that's how many rounds it would take before I'd vote to lynch and/or vig him.

If he was revealed as townie when he died, I'd highly encourage any town doctor to not protect him ever.

What would Lincoln do? Vote: Free the slaves

As for the lynch, I'm going to Vote: Csargo, he was very quick to start up the ATPG wagon after the write-up.

Given the circumstances I feel that my vote was justified.

To clarify, Arjos was not actually revealed as anything.

His name was put next to TinCow's role.

The only words I actually changed in the write-up when I corrected it were the names of the victims.

I dunno, my lie detector is going haywire, but it might just be reacting to the fact that I don't actually have a lie detector.

Well, I will accept that there was some errors with the initial writeup, but I stick with my vote, it seems highly unlikely you'll be lynched today anyway.

If we were not in a post-apocalyptic wasteland with police and/or army around to insure these slaves are not Serial killers/rapists...I might just suggest freeing the slaves. As it stands, they well only get in the way...and it is freedom we are giving them....(I guess?) Vote:Trigger the Eruption

Vote:Jarema for that quick ATPG vote after the fact thing.

He's been much quieter than usual and the whole 'I thought I was dead' excuse is hardly relevant for the rounds before this one. Not the best reason for a vote but I'm not getting scum vibes from anyone else at the moment.

As ATPG said, we cannot unsee things. Phreaps he is just a townie. Matter of fact is we won't know until he is dead. I'd rather be sure sooner rather than later. And I have no reason to vote for anyone else. I'm much more confortable voting for Arjos based on my fallible hypothesis then voting completely randomly or voting at all.

EDIT: Besides edse that is, for voting against me twice. But we'll get there.

Well, you could always vote for our friendly neighborhood serial killer if you were really lacking for ideas.

If you're not inclined in that direction, let ATPG kill Arjos. We've got a semi-tame serial killer who won't blatantly betray us for at least another day or two. Give him Arjos to gnaw on. That will give Arjos another few hours to save his skin, and it will allow ATPG to skate by another phase without having to explain his kill choice, so fun for all.

We started with 26 players, any vote in the first days is nothing but random, unless something like a last 30 mins vote happen or similar...
Check any large game I've played: around day 5, more or less, is when I can make any reasonable case, based on logic regarding the past votes...

I don't like nonsense and it's sunday morning, I just woke up XD
Having said that, I have no problem with my lynch today or kill tonight, the mistaken write-up unleashed any sort of overthinking on me. So the longer I'm around, the greater the distraction...

    DAY 3

They wanted to blow up the volcano. That much was for sure. This volcano was going to erupt, and the former workers of Happy Springs would be the ones to do it.

That said, nobody really wanted to go into that volcano. So averse were they to the idea of actually going to the volcano, in fact, that they couldn’t even really form a majority vote on any single person to go to the volcano.

    Eventually someone voted for Arjos.

“Hey! I thought he was dead.”

Arjos was offended at the notion.

“No, I’m not dead! I think I’m going to be okay.”

The other workers were not convinced.

“I’m pretty sure the spies killed him.”

    “Yep, he’s most definitely dead.”

“No, really! I feel fine. I think I might go for a walk.”

“A walk? You’re gonna go out for a walk in this wasteland?”

“Yes, I think I might take the scenic route by the volcano. Anybody want to join me?”

An audible silence was Arjos’ answer. Nevertheless, he set out on his journey to the volcano.

It took him all day to get there, but by nightfall he could tell he was right in the valley underneath. Electric lighting revealed the Snow Man's Camp at the base, and Arjos assumed the underground entrance to the volcano’s interior would be there. He made his way toward the camp.

There were about fifteen slavers armed with all manner of guns inside the small fortification, from what he could see and hear without exposing himself. Once he got a glimpse of what must have been their leader – a broad, muscular man with a flamethrower strapped to his back. A mask of volcanic ash obscured the features of his face, leaving only his bloodshot red eyes visible. He barked orders at his underlings in a booming voice.

“Have you found that escapee yet?”

“No, Snow Man. He eludes us still.”

The Snow Man glared at the underling. He continued to glare at the underling.

“Uhh… yes, Snow Man. We will redouble our efforts.”

Skilled as he was at stealth, Arjos had no trouble navigating through the camp undetected and into the volcanic tunnel. He felt himself start to sweat – not from the heat, but because of what he was about to do next.

The man guarding the controls went down without even knowing what hit him – a slit throat and a shove, and he tumbled straight into the menacing lake of lava below.

Then Arjos shut down the volcano controller.

“Comrades! No longer must you suffer under the chains of these capitalist dogs! The might of Coldensk has come to save you! Now run and save yourselves, and remember who has given your life back today!”

With the magma level lowered significantly, the slaves were able to escape from their low-hanging cages and scramble back up the side of the volcano to the entrance of the tunnel. Arjos stopped one of the slaves on his way out.

“I have special job for you. Are you willing to serve Coldensk?”

    The newly freed man nodded.

“Go south from volcano. Run as fast as you can. You will find group of capitalist swine there. Kill one. Take his clothing. Infiltrate their ranks and eliminate them all. Carry out the will of the Union.”

“I am honored to serve, sir. But what about you?”

“This will be my last mission. Now go!”

The new Coldenskian agent ran out of the tunnel. Arjos turned his attention back to the volcano controller. He took a couple of minutes placing several timed charges on it. Then he left the cave.

Outside was chaos. Most of the slaves had managed to escape, Arjos wagered, but a few had been caught by the slavers or shot down. The Snow Man was grasping one unlucky freed man by the throat. It was Arjos’ new agent.

“Worms. Thought you could escape, did you? I’m gonna find out who organized this whole thing. And then I’m going to kill every single one of you that was involved. You were the last one out, little man. I think I’m going to start my search with you.”

    “YOU!”

    Snow Man turned around mid-throat-grasp.

“YOU WILL NOT MAKE MOCKERY OF MY COMRADES!”

Arjos drew his long combat knife and charged. Startled, the Snow Man dropped the agent and readied his flamethrower. The blast caught Arjos head-on, but it wasn’t forceful enough to stop his murderous charge. He pounced on the Snow Man and the two went down in a burning tumble. The agent saw his chance and bolted.

Arjos fought through the pain of being burned alive and managed to stab the Snow Man at least three times. But it wasn’t enough. Snow Man was simply too big, and eventually he managed to get Arjos in a choke hold.

    “End of the line, ‘comrade.”

Arjos could barely squeak out his response.

“This time… I get last laugh.”

Snow Man crushed Arjos’ throat, and was then thrown to the ground by a gigantic force. He looked above him and saw molten magma racing down the volcano. A huge cloud of smoke and ash blotted out all of the sky so that the glowing red stuff was all he could see. He cursed under his breath.

    ---

The workers knew when the plan had succeeded. They heard the explosion all the way out from their camp, and saw the chunks of lava as they were shot into the air. Luckily they were far enough out of the way that the only thing that rained down on them was more ash.

A few hours later, freed slaves began to pass by and through their camp. The workers were surprised that Arjos had been so successful on both fronts. They helped as many as they could, but eventually they all left, setting out on their own.

Night fell. Tomorrow they would scout ahead and set upon a new course of action. But first they would have to deal with more threats, both old and new…

    BEGIN NIGHT 3
