heh, the Dutch are just like people in Fort Collins: they steal bikes, and buy them from stoners when theirs are stolen....

It's quite the same over here. It's like bikes are a bit of general property. You take one use it drop it, someone else takes it drops it. If yours is taken you take someone else and so on. It's almost communism on small scale.
