I prepurchased the pack and yesterday, steam just could not connect to dounload it, all night long...
Very frustrating.

Just restart steam and the pack will be automatic download. This worked for me

I had a connection problem, steam client wouldnt start and displaying that there is a conection problem, internet was working fine, till the day before steam was running ok and yesterday just didnt make connection, had to run the game from offline and off course without the blood pack i have already pay for.

I ran also in this connection problem from time to time. My solution is run Steam offline and then restart steam in online mode.
In the top-left there is a button called "Steam". Click that, and then click "Go Online".

I did that but my PC and my internet connection didnt have any of the issues reported.

I thought it was going to be a hit on FPS and stuff kind of like in Shogun but I don't actually notice a difference. Kind of pleasantly surprised.
