I have more than 900 hours played of CK2... just started a game as Duchy of Apulia in 1066 today. Never played multiplayer though.

Yeah Im no where near as pro as you I have maybe 140 hours logged. Started an old gods campaign in Scandinavia this morning. Well if you want to try multiplayer one day let me know...never tried it myself but willing to give it a try.
