Already built into 2.04b, and indeed every version since 2.02. This submod is completely unnecessary now, Forced Diplomacy is a standard feature of EBII.Originally Posted by Iskander 3.1

It's in the extremely long list of past changes that's spoiler-tagged in the thread, as I said, it was back with 2.02 it was brought in.

Note this is integrated into the mod now - it's part of the campaign script.
To activate, just click on the "?" icon when you've put a proposal in place.
