Why does it matter when I said I was going to die?

The PM just said I was poisoned.

NOT

"You have been poisoned and will perish in 72 hours good luck friend godspeed."

It just said I was poisoned.


If anyone has an antidote I would be greatly appreciative, because just letting me die is a horrendous idea.
