why'd you switch to vulgard?

Because I thought vulgard was wolfy and started wavering on Hally?

I think my posts explain pretty well why I started wavering on Hally. Listened about you/neb being towny if Hally was town (that's the whole "3 of you found each other and it took me longer" post after neb's post towards me). Thought ender/mont were towny. Thought Vulgard was wolfy. Voted vulgard without much concern. Didn't really know what to do with Bart. Thought rask only made sense with vulgard (had a post on that too). Seemed like the best vote all things considered.

If looking for a tinfoil angle, the Rask kill is something scum-Zack would do, so that could be a crumb for the postgame.

My gut reaction to that eod and reveal was that I let hally off the hook. Those posts about being the reason for vulgards wagon were icky icky and for today i despise that opening sequence about weird kill/framing/means its neb

where you at on them now? vulgard's flip change anything? i've been mulling over hally townreading vul for his initial weird response then sliding over to wolf-reading him as being possible Wolfy Stuff that I looked over because I though vul was wolfy and had it in my head that hally hedging a bunch = more like village meta

i think i definitely played a major role in solidifying it and getting momentum there and even if you disagree with that i don’t get how it’s fully for me to take credit for a villager being wagoned? weird read

yeah, i should have stuck with my town read but i honestly couldn’t get past his vote on me

seriously, if anyone can read that sequence of posts and explain to me how vul ended up voting me from the posts leading up to it i’ll give you a billion dollars

but fmpov i was getting piled on for ?? reasons and then i see vul write some mumbo jumbo about the gamestate that points away from voting me, push ender then immediately back off and use that interaction to pivot to voting me for “gamestate”

it was pretty terrible and i still don’t understand it even with him flipping town

Vulgard's flip does change some stuff, yeah. By my last stint in the thread I had decided the way Hally interacted about Vulgard wasn't w/w, and I thought that if Vulgard was a wolf then Hally's read of the game state throughout day 1 was pretty good with you/neb being villa and that coupled with my feelings on Ender would make the game pretty clear cut.

With it not being the case I've gotta work through the various options. If Hally is a wolf I don't think Mont or Barto can be wolves with the way Mont has been trying to get a Hally thunderdone going and the way Hally tried to vote for Barto as the day progressed and needed a non-Hally wagon. I'm back at my "If it's Hally, the way they kept defending Neb/Zack to me makes me think it's because it's one of you" thought that I had at one point yesterday.

If Hally is a villager then the main wagons all day were all town between me/vulgard/hally. If that's the case I think my first look is Mont for vocally defending vVulgard while tryng to turn me/hally into a thunderdome given it seemed obvious reading it that Vulgard was dying as that eod progressed. I have that lingering Zack/Neb fear still that I'm trying to squash but I, how to say this without being obnoxious, feel like if the team is zack/neb and I've been barking up that tree a lot day 1 you two just rid yourselves of me? Maybe that's silly with the way I got heat during day 1 but it's how I feel so shrug emoji.

So I'm currently juggling a few different worlds of like Hally + you/neb or Mont + Barto or maybe something weird like Barto + Neb where it was just a stuck vote on a teammate while villagers were getting wagoned.

Gonna try and work through it over the next little bit and see where I land

My only concern with Ender is the whole claiming they iso'd a previous game of mine but I think that's mostly just me being confused by it than it being actually wolfy

fmpov i keep making normal posts that he then twists as wolfy for reasons i don’t understand and it doesn’t seem like he’s really trying to see why i might think those things, he just jumps to calling them wolfy

like, i really don’t think my posting has been bad this game, straight up

sometimes when i’m being wolf read incorrectly i get it and recognize i haven’t been posting well but this game i’ve been making posts that are completely normal both for me and generally imo, yet people seem unable to find me and sunbae, who knows me and i think generally reads me decently, has been a driving force of it

seriously, am i that hard to find here? cuz i don’t think i should be and i feel like i’m taking crazy pills lol

i don't really have a problem with sunbae's posts about hally ftr (not sure i agree with the conclusion but that's a different thing)

i don't ermember having much issue with hally's posts in the moment but everyone seems to think they're wolfy so i'm feeling paranoid that I'm missing something or doing another ladd in that 13er situation where the reasons don't appeal to me so I assume the conclusion is wrong.

I am literally, on this page, spending my time asking people about you + explaining where I am at on you in detail including who I think you could be partnered with or who is trying to capitalize on things if you're town. With examples. I am also, quite clearly, factoring in your view of the gamestate in my own opinions and trying to see things from your pov. I don't understand why that's the scary frustrating part of what's happening. I've spent more time in this game on you than anyone else.

saying "we;re probably wrong" pre-flip is not like declaratively stating vulgard was THE VILLAGIEST IN THE GAME after the fact. that should be obvious and it seems disingenuous of you to suggest they're the same
