I'm honestly disappointed to be towning this game btw
I've only wolfed in 1 turbo this year, that's all my wolf games
I thought this would be a good time and place to practice some wolfing!

As I survey the people around me I take note of a familiar name. Visor, a man from a place down under as I recall. We did good work together once upon a time masquerading as witches together, and another he had me dancing to a tune all his own until another detective awoke me from my dazed state. I have never seen Visor as a Detective, but he appears at ease among his peers here. It puts me at ease to see him this way, if only a little.

Vulgard makes his presence known soon after, asking soft questions and showing Lapras that being a majestic dual typed generation one Pokemon will not save them from his gaze. Except, what does this man hope to accomplish by saying all those words which amount to nothing but air at the end of it all?

do you think that description of how to read you is ai for robyn? i feel like if they really never misread you across 7 games they should have a good description of your play in mind so you disagreeing with it makes me wonder why you aren't pursuing it further

not really, I believe they believe it. but there are some makes where i dont think i make myself very findable as town, not sure if lucy has been in many of those hence why i said what i said.

i am a chat mafia player, playing with people and live chatting gives me the best reads, not reading old games where i can't participate

and yeah, i did it my first game with pizza until i realized i knew how to read him

and i did it in my first game with holyflare until i also realized i knew how to read him

i'll eventually be able to read him, probably this cycle, however at present i was kinda clueless, and unreadable was a v temporary label

Oh yeah just popping back in to let everyone know that I will make 0 effort to read Dya this game.

If I ever need to put them on a reads list I will just collate all the reads on them by everyone else and aggregate them against each other and whatever the mathematical perfect result is will be exactly where Dya exists on my reads list.

If nothing else it will be nice to get other people's more detailed thoughts on your opening as it felt you were being handwaved a bit.

I know from experience I tend to find illario's early day 1 reads baffling so I am going to reserve judgment for awhile on delving deeply there.

idk if it's wolfy but i'm no longer reading it as towny

there's also the fact i thought you questioning my posting was >rand town in the current game context because i find that wolves typically prefer to just kill me if i'm not looking like a potential ML for a change and if you were a wolf you'd either just do that or you'd try to ML me later into the game if you're alive instead

which is a rather far-fetched set of conclusions that extends far later into the game than right now so it wasn't super strong but it was on my mind

realistically there's also an element of me wanting you to be town because it would be nice to work with you instead of uh... clashing, let's just put it that way, after last time

@Vulgard: can you articulate what u found tonally wolfy in MacLapras's post about Robyn's read? Also, why do you like votes on nutella?

votes on nutella are fine because i don't think she has played the game yet and the longer that is the case the more likely it is that she's a wolf (she is a polarized player)

she can towntell if she's town so i'm not concerned about this causing her to be MLed

i was prodding him for information and had to mull over his responses which is why i stopped asking more questions

ultimately i'm not super satisfied with them. i think his approach to robyn is a bit hands-off here and he doesn't seem like he's actually trying to read robyn (particularly shown by him not questioning their apparent misinterpretation of how he plays). he says that there are games where he doesn't make himself very findable as town but robyn doesn't know them so their stance is fine, however i feel like him not asking any questions about it at all is still lacking in inquisitiveness. he has a fair few light reads, but he doesn't really seem to be investigating anything and he seems rather hands-off.

i don't really think this makes him lock mafia and i think he can play like this as town, but i'm expecting him to dig his heels in and myself to start thinking he's town at some point if he's actually town, which hasn't happened yet
