This vote is still the worst. Justifications and also completely weirdly at odds with the tone of it. Even acknowledges it might be a copypasta.

I think I'll ignore if Monty was in the game or not because I can't be bothered to go remember which game it was to check. And also I forget things all the time so I can't *really* fault Monty if he just plain forgot that post.



This reaction to being called out about his post tho feels kinda off. Like a "Why single out meee!" kind of statement.



These are his only posts in thread so far, he cares more about how his vote is perceived than adding to any other content.

Then finally on page 6 he comments about posts other than the vote. (Which is already over half the day done.)

A lot of it is vague statements with a statement he has no "strong reads" and a pockety statement about "mindmelding scarily with a catch" with Taffy. (Notably the wolfreads didn't contain Rask. He makes no statement about this.)



I'll note that if I remember right I also townread Monty early on that game.

Not a strong argument but a dissimilarity to here.

I agree with this too. When Ladd asked me what I liked about the posts and went back I realized that it was mostly emojis and what I liked were a couple sentences that aren't really all that alignment indicative but I had a knee-jerk maybe I'm just confused by him reaction.

in particular "stayed up specifically to spam copypastas" is a big nothing, beyond that your sole point is he is townreading you which is not terribly convincing

i too like to ignore the second half of sentences in my responses. the key point in that is that rask tends to overcompensate (e.g., pocket) when wolfing, and trying to appear hyper-present/enthusiastic and committing to a hard read d1 meets that criteria

im not necessarily asking about worldviews but montys whole game basically has been built around criticizing rask and it feels like ur not actually trying to analyze what hes saying so much as you decided to call him scum on page 1 and then use any reason to justify it, i would expect a townie to try to reduce cognitive dissonance there but it looks like a very vague generic attack rather than anything based on his actual content

it's been a fairly stagnant reason. I don't believe I have come up with anything else to scum-read him for since then

that's because i did! i got the notice i was replacing in, then procrastinated for a few hours, and by that time it was 1 AM but i didn't feel like leaving the thread with nothing before i went to sleep (no pun intended). call it self-conscious if you like, i knew if i just made an intro post and dipped i was probably going to catch shit for it and then i wind up getting into arguments with people and it completely kills my ability to actually get reads.
