I think my logic was good but it's also totally a thing to try to lock in and not let yourself be influenced

I was shocked when Mafia killed me, since I thought it would guarantee their loss. But it was the right bet, eh?

1. Overnight I read D4 for the first time and realized that Andor was the leader on shielding Wisdom and pushing Dolby for D4. I also found his D1-3 interacts with Wisdom to be less good than I previously thought.
2. I would never vote Maple or Insom, no-rescind.
3. The only reason I could ever find to TR Vanta was the TWTBAW D3 vote.



4. As indicated itt, I kept trying to tinfoil grr, even on my reread, just in case, but always had wound up concluding they were town over Vanta.
5. Everyone forgot that I had locked Maple and Insom town, so them killing me would have been absurd.
6. Everyone forgot I said Ender is always the fakeclaim deepscum between Maple and Ender.
7. Maple forgot (until EOD-1, then all over again!) that Vanta had an accelerator, even though I died with a putative self-protect card, and Vanta mentioned the accelerator again this day.

So yeh, they couldn't afford to let me live. I had towned myself too hard. But still, it was such a brazen overreach by Ender that by all rights he should have been caught. (No one even thought to ask why he didn't - claim to - gift a card that EOD, since he could have as a confirmable action, and Maple could have crosschecked.)



Maple dipping was fatal itself. But I didn't envision Insom dropping his Ender sus, or Maple being so soft on Ender/Vanta when that was more or less his solve the previous day? On paper it should have gone differently and that was frustrating.
