Well SoD is like 2am for about 1/3 of the players so... but yeah games here tend to have drip feed starts and then as many posts get made in the last three hours of the day as there've been in the 48 before that so be careful what you wish for

I am instituting a blanket sus on anyone who popped in and didn't comment on me and waza, because (1) we're the most attractive people here, (2), it's the most interesting thing to happen so far, and (3) it might be two villagers finding each other.

Also if that convo was enough for you two to "find" eachother it might just be w/w

Vaimes, I'm curious -- you're evidently new to the org, but where have you played mafia before previously? You mentioned knowing cuth, so I'm just wondering.

I considered opening with a tunnel on waza but everyone, including ladd, thinks his opening here was at minimum *fine* so I'll just sit here and pout instead. Mm, really there's a LOT of slots here that I could see myself opening up with a tunnel on, but I'd rather meow at my boyfriend instead of getting into things this early.

I'm sleep and energy deprived from a lot of travels the last few weeks + had my once-every-five-year big birthday party yesterday. I'm exhausted but still really hyped by this game!

A few notes in case I pass out:
- Syn town for now but we'll see, I have a bad track record on him
- Ender town, good vibes
- I can see why ladd would be town but not locking it
- Rask wolf (yes)
- Dunno about Waza, I really struggle on that one, but I get w/w vibes from his interactions with Rask, so
- Don't know about Vaimes' alignment but I really look forward to playing with him

If you're actually town here this is a nice/sharp thought. I do think Rask is just making content for the sake of looking active here though. He'd know there's not much to make out of it and I don't see why he'd ask you about it if not for the sake of making conversation.

@Maple I've been playing since 2014, but the main sites I played on (DarkLordPotter, Magic the Gathering: Salvation, FantasyStrike) either don't really exist anymore, or the players there got absorbed into MU slash quit mafia. I play like once a year on MU now.

Hi, sorry in advance for the incoming avalanche. Why immediately undermine your own townread on Syn, or bother giving a read on him at all? What vibes from Ender? What is your view on how the rest of the players see ladd vs. how you see him? Why Rask wolf yes? What gives you the w/w vibes? Why are you so enamored by me? Just wanted to give you a headstart on fleshing out your notes.

Sidenote, I default to male pronouns when I don't know somebody on the Internet, which is mostly all of you, so if that bothers anyone please lmk and I'll put it in my notes.

when has this ever stopped you before? im somewhat thinking back to that recent turbo where you hard tunneled luccess and someone else because they townread you when you felt like you werent towny. to me it felt like once you decided to tunnel them there was no talking you out of it (not that i reallly tried to much)

Ask me most stuff again in 12 hours, I have a headache and need to sleep. Syn tho, I've either misread him or wolfed with him when he’s been wolfing. I had a meta previously that was more mood-indicative than alignment indicative. I do, however, feel that his posts aren't forced.

In that turbo turbo, it wasnt the v read itself, it was because lucch said he v read my catchup, and at that point i had made like 2 gay shitposts and threw out a random vote or something -- idr the specifics. Cem came in and said "i agree" or whatever. Neither slot could have genuinly held the reads as written, so i got them killed. I maintain that lucches deserved to die for that post and idc that he was the joat, PRs need to just not act like wolves all the time.

In this game tho, I generally respect ladd's earlygame reads since he's a competent player, and so while your interactions at SoD pinged me, I'm just gonna wait and see for now and think about sponging that.

im also making a note of nl snapping a vote off on ladd.

anyway, for lunch today im making an egg quesadilla. Im really excited!

My general playstyle these days is all about cooperation and working together, so I *do* try to keep everyone's reads in mind. You'll be seeing that soon :3
