How much water do you drink?

I have no idea why but I just wondered about how much water/non-alcoholic liquid we should drink each day, so I googled it and it said 8 glasses minimum?!?!

I kind of OCD'ed on my diet since I made myself ill in the past, and now the only liquid I take in each day is 4 mugs of tea, one at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper respectively.

Thinking about it, I do feel tired a lot of the time but I always attributed this to other things.

Is my daily water consumption dangerously low? Would I feel better if I drank more???

You should judge your water intake by what it produces, i.e. urine. Your urine should be "Clear and Copious." It also shouldn't have much of an odor.

If you are feeling fatigued, it could actually be the amount of caffeine you are taking in. Your body will go on withdrawals from this drug, like any other. You might try slipping in some nice fruit juice, especially cranberry. This may help to subdue the kidney stones your heading for with your current regiment of liquids.

I'd say about 500ml at breakfast, during the day about a litre then about 500ml at dinner of Cordial (1-6 parts ratio in favour of water) then about 250 before bed.

1 - 1,5 liters of pure water or something like that. A lot more if you count tea.

A glass or two a day, the rest is Apple Juice and a bit of Lactose-Free Milk. Proably should drink more water ..

Tea is very high in Oxalate, which can be a leading factor in kidney stone production.
