You should judge your water intake by what it produces, i.e. urine. Your urine should be "Clear and Copious." It also shouldn't have much of an odor.

If you are feeling fatigued, it could actually be the amount of caffeine you are taking in. Your body will go on withdrawals from this drug, like any other. You might try slipping in some nice fruit juice, especially cranberry. This may help to subdue the kidney stones your heading for with your current regiment of liquids.
