Galatians, Boii, Helvetii, etc... are all proper Celtic factions that could not be implemented in EB (sadly)
....but EBII shows promise

Though I would love to see the Boii, and more even the Galatians in EB II. Imagine how a Galatian faction would be expanding into the East and the Hellenistic worlds; sweet.

Though I don't know much about Celtic history, my vote goes to the Casse. I just like them more, I guess.

Casse. Goidilic infantry is the best, even if you have to mod the EDU to get them!
