As requested by Ioannis Kalameteros the remaining units of Byzantine Spearmen were recruited in Belgrade. This has resulted in our Council of Nobles awarding us with an additional 500 florins for reinforcing Belgrade.

A port in Antioch. A City Watch in Alexandria. Wooden Walls in Scopia. Communal Farming in Bucharest.

The transformation of Castles could not be conducted as I didn't have the permission of the respective Lords.

Domestic Affairs:

Leon Symmachos has proven his worth in a small skirmish outside of Kosmopolis for that he has been granted the patronage of Andronikos Komnenos.

I am pleased to announce that our Merchants have secured the Ivory trade around Dongola boosting our finances substantially.


Foreign Affairs:

Admiral Niphos has besieged the Port of Bologna!


This will be my last annual report. I will present you with a final report of my Megas term shortly after which the Senate Session of 1170 will start. I wish my successor the best of luck in fulfilling the task of leading our Empire!
