the killing would have happened there anyway, when i lived in africa the mashona still terrified their children with the prospect of being enslaved or butchered by the matabele, 100 years after the british broke the latters tyranny over the former.Also reminds me of Africa, not all that much is done to stop the suffering there, but then maybe it's a bit more complicated, countries being former colonies etc.
