oooooo my god. Sorry guys one wild night im gonna go to sleep and will take the save first thing in the morning...well it is the morning but a lil later so any moves that havent been made by those who can move, do them now, post it in the SOT for me, or sucks for you.

edit: i took the time to update the library and what not though, your in there now Mjolnir. Ill do all the new pics during council so you guys can have all that their for ya then. ill probably be playing as Blasio tho hehe goodnight for me now

navarro, by the time you've woken up, you're probably going to take the save and do the moves, so this part is going to be rather long, because I've some stuff to ask about/correct the rules/FAQ thread (because it isn't very clear to some extent)

so to save time, you can go complete the save first before replying, I can wait for your reply on this.

(I'm just pointing this out so that people who join in the future won't get confused/mistaken so don't misunderstand that I'm trying to scrutinise everything)

umm I think this was typed before you thought of all the ranks, so it's supposed to be Tribunus right?


Rule 2.4:
well this is a rather confusing part, so I'll just point out the most important part first:

Provincial Dictator
Requirements: Must be appointed to this rank by the Dictator

and

Quaestor
(4) Can be granted a Provincial Dictatorship.

well I'm not sure what you intended (I think you intended that only quaestors can be granted Prov. Dictatorships), but it sounds like anyone can be granted a prov. dictatorship but "quaestor" is a special rank for a prov. dictator.
anyway the powers are also conflicting, (other than the 2 bodyguard units thing, which I PMed you about it)

Quaestor:
(1) Can propose one Edict/Charter Amendment per 'Congressional' Session.
(2) Can lead an army of max 14 units unless it is an Imperial Legion.
(4) Can be granted a Provincial Dictatorship.
Prov. Dictator:
(2) Can propose an unlimited number of Edicts or Amendments per 'Congressional' Session.
(7) Provincial Dictator can lead an army of max 14 units unless it is an Imperial Legion.

and also I would like to ask, if only quaestors are allowed to have Provincial dictatorships, what happens when they are promoted to praetor?

I think this also needs correcting because our Tribuni's influence in the Library thread are all labeled as 1/2

For the purposes of determining Stat Influence, a Senator can gain 1 point of Stat Influence for each of the following conditions that he meets: (a) 5+ ranks of Command (b) 10 ranks of Command (c) 20+ total stat points (d) 30+ total stat points

well this isn't a correction but I have a question, this stat influence thing is only applicable for those ranks which influence states that they have stat influence (like quaestor, praetors, etc) right?

Welcome to the new BtSH subforum. Please note that this subforum is provided for organizational purposes only. It is still a part of the Throne Room and all Throne Room rules still apply. navarro951 is Forum Leader for the BtSH subforum and has the ability to sticky and lock threads. He is also responsible for running the BtSH game. If you have a problem with the game itself, please contact navarro951 first. I will not be monitoring the daily progress of the game, so it would be best if you could try and resolve any issues with him first, and only bump it up to me if you are not satisfied with the result.

However, this only extends to gameplay itself. If there are general problems between players in this forum, please contact me directly. I am, of course, always available to help out with the game in whatever way possible. Let me know what I can do to help, and I will get it done. Just remember that I probably won't be aware of what the actual in-game situation is, so you might have to give me a bit more background detail.

Rule 2,1, yes it is was my mistake.

Rule 2.4 and the Quaestor is simply saying, you have to be a Qauestor to get a PD, and it will be granted to you by the Dictator. Or in other words, Quaestor and above can be granted them. Such as saying Legatus cannot run for consul. But Dux can meaning if you are Dux or higher you can.

If you become a Praetor and are also a Prov.Dictator, then you now are just a more powerful dictator. See the individual rules for ranks are for if you do not get a Prov.Dictatorship. You must have a prov.dictatorship to be a Quaestor true, but that is simply to be granted the rank. It can be taken away and you can still be a Quaestor as ranks are not stripped. But you will lose some political power which is sort of the point of these ranks. As a Praetor, you may not even keep your PD. You may end up back in the field anything can happen, but you still may own one. Ill be changing this anyway though!.

The 1/2 thing is more of a joke, if you read in the Tribunus rank i put inf: 1 if any.
